Our Services

We provide advice across the full range of Employment and HR law issues from recruitment to day to day employment issues to termination. The most common areas we advise on are listed below, but we are happy to discuss any issues with you which come within our field of expertise.
Employment Documents

We can draft or advise on any employment documentation e.g.

  • employment contracts

  • senior executive service agreements

  • HR policies and procedures

  • consultancy arrangements

We are also able to conduct HR audits to review all existing HR documentation and procedures and highlight any gaps or updating that is required.

Termination

We can advise on the management of any potential termination of employment for any reason.

We can also draft and negotiate settlement agreements where necessary - particularly when dealing with senior executive terminations.

Day to Day Issues

We can advise on, or draft letters for, any day to day HR/Employment law issues e.g.

  • disciplinary or grievance proceedings

  • capability or performance issues

  • sickness or disability

  • discrimination/harassment

  • whistleblowing

  • maternity, paternity and parental leave

Business Change

We can advise and provide support on the workforce issues and consultation requirements, which arise in any business change e.g

  • individual or collective redundancy situations

  • changing terms and conditions

  • any transfer of an undertaking (TUPE) on a business sale or outsourcing

       Tribunal Service

While we prefer to advise to ensure that litigation is prevented, in the unfortunate event that an Employment Tribunal claim is brought against you, we can handle the claim for you right through to Tribunal, engaging with a barrister as necessary to ensure the most appropriate representation is provided for you to defend the claim at any actual Tribunal hearing.

              Training

We are able to provide training for managers and employees on any employment law issue including, for example, how to keep within the law when managing common HR operational issues (e.g. to avoid an unfair dismissal claim) and updates on the latest changes in employment law.
